Bring your SugarWOD history to Morph

Export your workout history from SugarWOD, then forward the CSV to our team. Follow the SugarWOD import guide for step-by-step instructions.

Account and app help

Contact us if you cannot access your account, need to change account information, see an incorrect workout or video, or have trouble using a Morph feature. Include the email associated with your account and enough detail to identify the issue. Do not email passwords or other sensitive credentials.

Report a video, comment, or member

Use the report control in the Morph app. You may also email morph@odysseylabs.com. Tell us what happened and identify the relevant video, comment, or account. If there is an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services.

Make a video private or delete it

Use the unshare control in Morph to remove a published video from the community feed. Unsharing keeps the underlying video and does not invalidate a video link that another person previously copied. To request deletion of the hosted video and thumbnail, email morph@odysseylabs.com. Verified deletion requests are completed within a reasonable period, subject to the limited exceptions in our Privacy Policy.

Delete your account

Email morph@odysseylabs.com with the subject “Delete my Morph account.” See the Delete account or content section of our Privacy Policy for details. Morph completes verified deletion or de-identification within a reasonable period, subject to the limited exceptions described there.
