Biometric Notice and Consent
Odyssey Health, Inc., doing business as Morph (“Morph”), offers optional face tracking. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy.
Information and purposes
With your consent, Morph uses photographs supplied by you or your Gym, selected gym-video images, facial measurements converted into numerical templates, matching results, and related biometric records.
With your permission, we use this data to recognize you at your participating gyms, connect visits and exercise sessions to your account, create workout videos, investigate mistakes, and train, test, evaluate, and improve Morph's facial-recognition technology. Authorized people may review and label images and footage for these purposes. Enabling face tracking includes consent to both identification and facial-model development.
Biometric information is used only for these purposes. We do not sell or lease it or use it for advertising.
Access and processing
Authorized Morph personnel and providers acting on our behalf may access biometric information for these purposes. Providers supply hosting, storage, compute, video-processing, security, and related technical services under the restrictions and data-protection requirements described in our Privacy Policy. Processing may occur in the United States and other countries where providers operate. Your Gym's authorized administrators may access your footage and identification results for Gym features.
Retention and withdrawal
We retain biometric information while your consent is active and it remains reasonably necessary for the purposes above. You may decline at enrollment or withdraw through Morph settings or by emailing morph@odysseylabs.com, while retaining access to supported manual features.
Withdrawal stops future biometric identification and facial-model development using your information. We delete the records we keep for facial identification and facial-model development, including enrollment images, facial templates, and development records that can reasonably be linked to you, within applicable legal deadlines or otherwise within a reasonable period. Your account and workout history remain available unless you request deletion of either.
Raw gym footage may retain incidental appearances until it is deleted under our retention policy. The Privacy Policy explains limited retention of compliance records and backups. Where lawful, we may continue using models developed before withdrawal that no longer contain information reasonably linked to you.
Material changes to biometric processing require updated notice and renewed affirmative consent before that processing begins.
Your consent
By affirmatively agreeing to enable face tracking, you confirm you are at least 18 and authorize the collection, use, disclosure, and retention described in this notice. Acceptance of the Terms alone does not provide this consent.
