Privacy Policy
Odyssey Labs ("we", "us", "our") operates the Morph mobile application ("Morph" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Morph.
1. Information We Collect
Morph operates on a strict opt-in basis. Cameras at participating gyms capture video of the workout area and transmit it to our servers. We only identify and track individuals who have provided their informed consent. If you have not opted in, our system does not recognize you and no data is associated with you.
For opted-in users, we collect:
- Email address when you create an account
- Video data from your workouts, transmitted to and stored on our servers
- Biometric data, including facial geometry ("faceprint") used to identify you and body-pose data used to track your movements — generated on our servers from your video data
- Workout data, including exercises performed, repetition counts, set counts, and timestamps
- Usage data about how you interact with the App (e.g., screens visited, features used), collected via third-party analytics tools
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, at which point we will permanently delete your data within 30 days and our system will no longer recognize or track you.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To identify you via facial recognition so your workouts are attributed to your account without manual check-in
- To analyze your body movements and automatically track repetitions, sets, and exercises
- To display your workout history and performance
- To improve our computer vision models and develop new features
- To communicate with you about the App, including updates and support
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Cloud Infrastructure. Your data is processed and stored using third-party cloud hosting providers.
- Analytics. We use third-party analytics tools to collect usage data to improve the App.
- Legal Requirements. When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will permanently remove your data, including all video recordings and biometric identifiers, within 30 days.
5. Account Deletion
You may delete your Morph account and all associated data at any time. To request deletion:
- Email neel@odysseylabs.com from the email address associated with your account
- Include "Account Deletion" in the subject line
Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data — including video recordings, biometric identifiers, and workout history — within 30 days.
